Marketing Director

CHS Selection Services is working with a progressive member cooperative in South Central, Idaho to find a Marketing Director to join their dynamic team.
 
The purpose of this high level marketing role is to manage, direct and coordinate customer communications, advertising, promotion and publicity programs. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to collaborate across the entire enterprise in order to develop strategic marketing initiatives.
 
JOB SUMMARY:
  • Work across multiple channels and levels of the organization to develop marketing strategies.
  • Implementing successful print, outdoor, online/interactive media campaigns.
  • Implement strategies to support social media marketing including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and others identified as necessities to achieving business objectives.
  • Direct marketing activities to acquire new and retain current customers.
  • Provide advertising, marketing and graphic design services to business units on an ongoing basis, examples include web banners, sales flyers, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Public relations and communication with the media and communities; including donations.
  • Work collaboratively with business units to develop and implement participation in events, trade shows and sponsorships.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage website and mobile site presence and activity for multiple business units to drive traffic.
  • Manage email campaigns, list creation, analytics and reporting.
  • Develop and execute the marketing financial plan; including flyer expenses, labor planning, etc.
  • Leverage strong planning and team management skills to achieve significant results.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing and/or related experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; must be a team player
  • Detail oriented, innovative and creative, with strong self-directed time management skills
  • Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates
  • Understanding of business and technical process relationships is essential
