ProVision Partners Cooperative with the assistance of CHS Aligned Solutions is currently accepting applications for a Director of Human Resources and Communication to join the local cooperative team in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
The purpose of this role is to lead the HR/Communications division for a successful cooperative.  Reporting into the CEO, this role reviews and executes essential duties in HR that include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities include:
  • Performance management – deliver performance management programs that drive a high performance culture
  • Recruitment and selection – direct and manage the recruitment and selection process, and train managers in interviewing and assessment procedures
  • Learning and development – implement and monitor effectiveness of training programs
  • Human Resources policy – develop, implement and maintain human resources polices across the organization, including training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory compliance
  • Reporting of HR Metrics – produce reports and recommend structure improvements in areas such as absenteeism and turnover
  • Leadership – mentor direct reports and provide coaching to help them reach their potential
  • Assist with marketing duties for intercompany communications
Required Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 7+ years’ experience in human resources management or business management with extensive experience within Human Resources.
  • Ability to think “outside the box” to brainstorm, cultivate and implement strategic HR objectives.
  • Strong communication skills including: interpersonal, coaching, negotiation and consultative.  Past communication publication samples are requested for this role.
  • Ability to develop respectful relationships with management and positively drive change, implementing forward-thinking hiring practices.
  • Prefer previous experience in large companies exceeding 100 employees, multi-business organizations and companies that with part-time and/or seasonal employees.
